Natália Tarišková, PhD., is an Assistant Professor in Management at the University of Economics in Bratislava at the Faculty of Business Administration. She is the Leader of Working Group 4 and a member of the Communication team of COST Action Women on the Move (CA19112). She teaches business in the field of General Management. She lectures on Change Management (in English), Project Management (in English), Intercultural Management (in English) and Human Capital Management. She graduated from the Faculty of Business at the University of Economics in Bratislava (Ing. 1991-1996) and the Faculty of Arts of Comenius University in Bratislava (PhD. 1998-2004, Culturology). During her academic studies, she worked as a Consultant at the American Agency for International Development in Bratislava (1995-1997, USAID). In 1997-2011, she worked in multinational corporations as a professional consultant (Deloitte Prague, Deloitte Bratislava, PwC Bratislava, KPMG Bratislava, Innovative Management Partners, Bratislava). After years spent in business she found it important to share her interdisciplinary business experiences with the academic ecosystem. She is involved in international projects (CRANET, V4, COST Action – Women on the Move) and national research projects (VEGA, KEGA). After leading the project of European City of Culture Trencin2026 as the Strategic Manager (2022-2023) and recently certified in Project Management of Music Events (SKVOT Prague, 2024), she is focusing on the Arts Management of Creative industries and Art-Based Methods of research.
