Pécsi Eszter, born Pollák Eszter (b. Kecskemét, Hungary, 1898 – d. 1975, New York, USA) was the first Hungarian woman engineer. She studied in Berlin-Charlottenburg but graduated in Budapest. She left Hungary because she lost her job following her engagement in the 1956 revolution and first went to Austria, followed by the USA. Her work was an important contribution to architectural history by supporting Modernist architects in structural solutions to their designs.
