Elisabeth Eidenbenz (b. Wila, Switzerland, 1913 – d. 2011, Zurich, Switzerland) was a teacher, a nurse, and the founder of the hospital the Mothers of Elne. Between 1939 and 1944, she saved 600 children fleeing the Nazi invasion. She taught in Switzerland and Denmark at the beginning of her career, and then she started nursing in Madrid, Spain.
