Street named after Isabelle Galloway Hutton

    Isabelle Galloway Hutton (b. Edinburgh, Scotland, 1887 – d. 1960, London, England) was a trained psychiatrist. In 1915, she joined the Scottish Women’s Hospitals Organization and served in France and then with the Armee d’Orient in Salonika. From 1918 to 1920, she worked in Serbian hospitals in Vranje and Belgrade, taking care of the wounded soldiers and sick civilians. In 2015, Serbian Post launched a stamp to honor her work during WWI.
