Odette Loyen du Puigaudeau (b. Saint-Nazaire, France, 1894 – d. 1991, Rabat, Morocco) was a French ethnologist and journalist who traveled with her life partner, artist Marion Sénones, on ethnographic expeditions to Mauritania (1933 to 1934) and Western Sahara (1936 to 1938 and 1950 to 1951). Puigaudeau and Sénones eventually moved to Rabat, Morocco in 1961, where they lived and worked. Puigaudeau managed the archaeological museum of Rabat from 1970 to 1977.
