Fieldwork materials on the topic « The Image of Refugees in Bulgarian Society »

The material covers two aspects of women’s migration. The fieldwork material concerns migrant women refugees from the Middle East after 2012, and documents the attitude towards them in Bulgarian society, volunteerism. Interviews and fieldwork also inform us on the participation of women in organising the reception of migrants in Bulgaria, especially those whose families were also refugees from Thrace at the beginning of the 20th century.
