Enclosing a copy of his letter to Ann Moore alias Folley, Van Diemen’s Land, stating that her husband has claimed that he cannot afford to send the children to Cork or equip them for the voyage and requesting money. Also certificate from the Secretary’s Office, Hobart Town, Van Diemen’s Land, noting the particulars of the case, noting that Moore’s children reside in Ballymacarret, Castlereagh, County Down, that she is married to John Folley of Norfolk Island and that they have a 40 acre farm at Browns River.
