    Letter from CM Skinner, [postmark Belfast], to Henry Goulburn, Chief Secretary, noting that the children of Ann Willson, alias Moore, a convict in New South Wales, [Australia] have declined the offer of free passage to join her. Enclosing a copy of his letter to Ann Moore alias Folley, Van Diemen’s Land, stating that her husband has claimed that he cannot afford to send the children to Cork or equip them for the voyage and requesting money. Also certificate from the Secretary’s Office, Hobart Town, Van Diemen’s Land, noting the particulars of the case, noting that Moore’s children reside in Ballymacarret, Castlereagh, County Down, that she is married to John Folley of Norfolk Island and that they have a 40 acre farm at Browns River. Including the recommendation of Archdeacon Macleod and signed by George Arthur. 3 items; 6pp
