O’Sullivan Emigrant Letters

This file contains seven letters sent to Julia (Judy) O’Sullivan of Cork, Ireland, and her daughter Peggy by family members in the United States and Germany. At least four were sent by Julia’s sister Kitty, who describes her life in Germany as a private nurse to a family in Dresden and Berlin and later in Munich. Kitty later moved to the United States and found employment in the Boston area, as she describes in letters from the 1930s.
