Herta Frankel (b. Vienna, Austria, 1913 – d. 1996, Barcelona, Spain) was an Austrian performer who started as a dancer in Italy and moved to Spain to become a puppeteer and ventriloquist. She then became a well-loved television presenter for children shows.
