Persefoni Papadopoulou (b. Paphos, Cyprus, 1889 – d. 1948, Patras, Greece) was a pioneer in girls’ education. She studied in France and Greece. After returning to Cyprus, she taught and was active in education in Cyprus and Greece. Towards the end of her active life, she was invited to direct the prominent Arsakeion school and Teaching College in Patras, Greece.
