    The biography of Eyjólfur Guðmundsson (1829, later Jameson) and Valgerður Björnsdóttir (1828) and their children and grandchildren, was initially compiled by Ray Anderson and donated in 1990 to the National and University Library of Iceland. 55-year-old Valgerður Björnsdóttir was among a group of Icelandic emigrants to leave for the Mormon community of Spanish Fork, Utah, in 1883 that included her husband, four adult daughters and four sons.
