Association of Danube Swabians

The collection contains correspondence on organizational units occupying administration bodies; records of recruited, wounded and killed volunteers; copies of extracts from registers, identity cards, military records and other personal documents; applications for the issuance of temporary immigrant travel documents to citizens of German nationality; correspondence regarding the acceptance of children from the Reich and elsewhere; and data about the payment of aid to the families of volunteers in the German armed forces, with references to women.
