The collection consists in documents relating to Marikas Dragoumi’s social work, family correspondence, journals, drawings, and newspaper clippings. Marika was born in Athens in 1843. At a young age she moved to Paris with her mother and her sister Zoe, where she took painting and music lessons. She later return to Greece where she was involved in intense social/philantropic activity.
