The collection contains information about the Šajkaš battalion which was on the border of the Habsburg monarchy and the Ottoman Empire (today Vojvodina, Serbia), comprised mainly of Serbs. The collection includes different types of reports, among others on migrations from one side of the border to the other, passports, marriage licenses, obituaries etc. and as such documents women’s migration as well.
