The collection consists in two scrapbooks and one folder of loose items documenting the social activities of the ASCSA when Sally Immerwahr’s husband, Henry, was director of the School (1977-1982). Sally spent many years in Athens serving for different posts the ASCAA (a Regular Member from 1938-1939 and Fellow of the School from 1939-1940). She returned to Athens in 1970-1971 as Senior Research Scholar at the Agora Excavations, and later as the Director’s wife and Senior Research Fellow of the School from 1977-1982, organizing trips and museum sessions for the School’s academic program.
