SArk-2302 (1919-1930)

    This collection contains records on Finnish border management and military activity in the immediate aftermath of the Finnish Civil War in 1918. The sources relating directly to women’s migration and mobility include recruitment of nurses in 1919, travel and residence permits (1921), refugee lists (1919–1922, 1924), passports issued (1919–1922), residence permits issued (1922), and identity and travel certificates for Finnish Karelians (1922–1925).The material belonged to the collections of the War Archives, which were attached to the National Archives in 2008.
