Saul and Gladys Weinberg Papers

The photographs taken either by Gladys or Saul, mostly in the 1930s, document a large number of Greek archaeological sites, as well as activities of friends and local people.Gladys Davidson Weinberg (1909-2002), an American archaeologist, lived many years in Greece where she was a Fellow of the American School of Classical Studies in Athens (1932-33, 1935-38) and librarian (1946-1948).
