The Emigrant Museum

    The archival records related to migrant women consist in programs commemorating significant milestones and key dates in the history of emigration societies (the Croatian Fraternal Union and others) in which women also participate. The records include an invitation to the American Croatian Women conference; an invitation to the Congress of American Croats (1947); documents of the Federation of Croatian-American Women; documents on the activities of the female branch of the Committee for Yugoslav War Relief; programs, pictures and documents on the performances of Croatian emigrant folklore groups and female dancers and singers in the USA (Tashamira/Vera Milčinović, Gloria Strmić, The Dalmatian Daughters) dated 1937, 1939 and later.
