Collection title: Golda Meir’s Personal Archive (Israel: 1925–1977)
Description: Files from Israeli politician Golda Meir’s archive from the years 1925–1977. She was born in Kiev, which was then in the Russian Empire, but immigrated to the United States in 1906 and later to Palestine in 1921. The files in the series include records documenting her political work, biographical material, correspondence with various institutions, organizations and personalities, including Ben-Gurion and Moshe Sharet, and more. The main types of materials in the files are correspondence, protocols, reports, booklets, newspaper clippings and personal certificates.
