Collection: Štefanina izseljenska pripoved | Štefana’s emigration story (Slovenia, Canada: 1938–2008)
Description: Audio recording of the life story of the Canadian-Slovenian Štefana Mušič. Štefana was born in Slovenia in 1938, but she emigrated illegally from Yugoslavia in 1959 because of poverty and lack of perspective. She fled with her future husband Anton, first to Austria and then to Canada.
