Street named after Federica Montseny (Getafe, Spain)

    Frederica Montseny i Mañé (b. Madrid, Spain, 1905–d. 1994, Toulouse, France) was a Spanish anarchist and intellectual who lived and worked in France and Spain. She served as Minister of Health and Social Assistance in the Government of the Spanish Republic during the Civil War. She is known as a novelist and essayist and for being one of the first female ministers in Western Europe.
