Ing. Natália Tarišková, Ph.D., works at the University of Economics in Bratislava at the Faculty of Business Management, Department of Management. She teaches professional subjects in the field of human resources management and management. She coordinates Balanced Scorecard in human resources management, change management (in English), intercultural management (in English) and project management (in English). She graduated from the Faculty of Business at the University of Economics in Bratislava (Ing. 1991-1996) and the Faculty of Arts of Comenius University in Bratislava (Ph.D. 1998-2004). During her academic studies, she worked as a consultant at the American Agency for International Development in Bratislava (USAID). In the years 1997-2011, she worked in multinational corporations as a professional consultant (Deloitte Prague, Deloitte Bratislava, PricewaterhouseCoopers Bratislava, KPMG, Innovative Management Partner Bratislava).
Natália Tarišková is involved in international projects (CRANET, V4, COST Action Women on the move) and national research projects (VEGA, KEGA). He has appeared in national and international scientific and professional forums. He publishes professional and scientific articles and monographs at home and abroad.
